Recruiting in Rhodes for launch

Your vehicle, your hours, your decision on every job.

Perloo is signing up licensed professional drivers and van operators in Rhodes before launch. Requests arrive in your own app with the work and the fare shown before you accept anything.

The platform is in final testing. Registering now means you are set up when we open, not that work starts today.

The driver app

You see the job before you take it.

No blind acceptance, no discovering the destination after you have committed.

STEP 01

A request arrives

With the duration, the distance and what the job pays, plus what the passenger asked for — seats, luggage, child seats.

STEP 02

You accept or decline

Inside a time limit, so a passenger is never left waiting on an unanswered request. Declining a job you cannot take costs you nothing.

STEP 03

You drive it

Pickup details and passenger contact are tied to that ride only. Your personal number is not handed out.

STEP 04

The ride closes

The job is completed in the app, the conversation closes with it, and the record of what happened stays if anything needs sorting out later.

What we will ask for

The basics, before anything else.

Final eligibility rules are being confirmed with our legal advisers for the Rhodes launch. These are the things we will certainly need to see.

01

A valid professional licence

Current, in your name, and valid for the category of work you want to take.

02

An eligible vehicle

A van or private-hire car with its registration, insurance and roadworthiness documents in order.

03

Documents that are current

Expiry dates are tracked. When something is close to running out you are told before it becomes a problem.

04

A smartphone you keep with you

The driver app runs on iOS and Android. Requests, navigation and ride status all live there.

Straight answers

What we can and cannot tell you yet.

A platform that has not launched cannot honestly promise you an income. Here is where the line sits.

What you will earn

Not published yet. Fares and the commission model are being finalised, and we will give you the actual numbers in writing before you commit to anything.

How much work there will be

Unknown until we launch. Anyone who promises you a volume on a platform with no passengers yet is guessing.

Whether you work only for us

No exclusivity is planned. You decide which requests to take and you can keep your other work.

When you get paid

The payment and settlement process is part of what is being finalised. It will be written down and explained before you accept your first ride, not afterwards.

What happens in a dispute

Every ride keeps a record of what happened and when. Complaints go through a defined process rather than a phone call and someone's memory.

Questions

What drivers ask first.

Can I start driving now?

Not yet — the platform is in final testing. Registering now puts you in the group we onboard first, and we will contact you with the real terms before launch.

Do I need my own vehicle?

Yes. Perloo does not supply vehicles. If you run a fleet of vans rather than driving yourself, the partner page covers that instead.

Do I have to accept every request?

No. Requests come with the duration, distance and fare, and you accept or decline within a time limit. The limit exists so passengers are not left hanging, not to force you into jobs.

Will passengers have my phone number?

No. Contact between you and a passenger is tied to the specific ride and closes when the ride does.

What about scheduled rides?

Scheduled work is assigned in advance rather than the morning of, so you can plan your day around it.

Register now, decide when you see the numbers.

Tell us your licence category and what you drive. We will come back with the actual terms before launch, and you decide then.
