Before public launch

Move your guests without the phone calls.

Perloo gives hotels, transport companies and taxi or van cooperatives one place to book, follow and account for every transfer — or the whole platform running under your own brand.

Perloo is in final testing. We are signing launch partners now; nothing here is offered as a live service yet.

Who this is for

Three different problems, one platform underneath.

Hospitality

Hotels & venues

Your reception books the transfer, and stops being the middle of a phone chain between guest and driver.

  • ·Request a transfer from the front desk, with flight details on the booking
  • ·See the status of every ride your property created
  • ·One monthly invoice instead of collecting receipts
  • ·Decide per booking whether the guest or the hotel pays

Operators

Transport companies

Bookings, scheduled work and driver coordination under your own brand, with a real view for whoever runs the day.

  • ·A dispatch view of every job, driver and status
  • ·Reassign a job when something changes, with the reason recorded
  • ·Scheduled work assigned in advance, not the morning of
  • ·Your rules for service area, vehicle types and pricing

Cooperatives

Taxi & van cooperatives

An app your members and your passengers use, without handing your customers to a platform that competes with you.

  • ·Passenger and driver apps carrying your name
  • ·Your assignment rules, not an algorithm you cannot see
  • ·Your members keep their own relationship with the passenger
  • ·Card and cash handled as separate, reconciled flows

Why it holds up

The six failures that cost you a guest, and what stops each one.

These are the rules the platform is built and tested against before launch — the difference between a booking screen and an operation you can put your name on.

Double booking

Two drivers, one job — never

A job is claimed once. Two drivers cannot both turn up, and a guest is never left with a cancellation because the second driver assumed the first had it.

Honest status

Confirmed means confirmed

A transfer is not shown as confirmed until a driver has actually taken it. When nobody can, your desk is told rather than left to discover it at pickup time.

Records

Disputes have facts

Every ride keeps a record of who did what and when, with a defined process for complaints and refunds. Arguments end with evidence instead of recollection.

Oversight

Your desk sees everything

Live status, manual reassignment and cancellation under your policy — through proper tools, not somebody editing a database while a guest waits.

Money

The numbers reconcile

Card, cash and cancellation charges are tracked as separate flows and matched against the rides they belong to, so month-end is a report and not an investigation.

Your data

Yours stays yours

A partner sees only its own bookings, guests and prices. Access is separated in the system itself, not by hiding a button in the interface.

White-label

The same platform, under your own name.

Instead of starting from zero on an open-ended timeline, you build on work that is already done and already being tested.

White-label is not a logo swap. It touches the domain, the look, the legal documents, support, per-client configuration and a separate test cycle before every release. We take it on as a project with a defined scope and a defined price — not as a line item on a menu.

Included

What you get

  • ·Passenger and driver apps under your brand and domain
  • ·Your pricing, service area and assignment rules
  • ·Your legal documents and support channels
  • ·Its own test cycle before each release

Process

How it runs

  • ·We map your current operation before writing anything
  • ·Scope, milestones and acceptance criteria in writing
  • ·Staged rollout, with your team trained on the tools
  • ·Built by Perloo Tech, who also run Perloo itself

Honest limits

What we will not promise

  • ·No launch date before we have seen your operation
  • ·No feature described as ready when it is still in testing
  • ·No compliance advice — your counsel confirms your market
  • ·No white-label build without a signed scope

Questions

What partners ask first.

Can we start now?

Perloo is in final testing, so we are signing launch partners rather than running live operations. That is the useful moment to talk: partner requirements found now shape the first release instead of waiting for the second.

Do we need to use your drivers?

No. A cooperative or transport company can run its own members on the platform under its own rules. A hotel usually wants the opposite — the transfers handled for them — and that works too.

What does it cost?

Partner bookings and a white-label build are priced differently, and neither has a published rate card yet. We quote after we understand the operation, and the quote says what is included.

Who owns the software if we go white-label?

Perloo Tech owns the platform and licenses your branded deployment; your data, your brand and your customer relationships stay yours. The exact terms are part of the signed scope, not an assumption.

Which areas do you cover?

Rhodes at launch. The platform has no geographic limit built in, so a partner elsewhere is an operational conversation rather than a technical one.

Tell us how you move people today.

A short conversation about your current process is more useful than a demo. Hotels, operators and cooperatives — same contact.
